My goal race pace is 4:45 per K, with an easy/warm-up pace one minute slower. I think it’s a pretty reasonable goal. I’ll set certain days for race pace and others for easy cruising pace.

I’ve been thinking about challenges for next year and what I want to accomplish. At one point in my life I was an avid long distance runner. For 2018, I want to put more effort into my #5k and #1Mile Times. My plan is to run a mile+ every day for 365 days.
