Army Combat Readiness Test

The ACRT replaces the APFT in FY19 as the standard physical fitness test for US Army Soldiers.  The ACRT has six events:

  1. “T” Push-up
  2. 250 meter Sprint/drag/carry
  3. Leg Tuck
  4. Standing Power Throw
  5. 3RM Deadlift
  6. 2-mile Run
