Chest – Freestyle Workout for 30 August 2017

Feeling good. I slept well. Motivation to train isn’t super high, but it’s high enough to get me into the gym and thinking about hitting chest and abs today.

Warm Up

  • Arm & Shoulder Rotation
  • Bend & Reach
  • Squat Bender
  • Push Up

Conditioning

  • Bench Press 5×5
  • Dumbbell Flys, 4x Max Repa
  • Dumbbell Chest Press, 3×10, 1×20
  • Superset
  •  – V-Up
  •  – Push-up
