A grouping of sets where four or more exercises for the same muscle group are performed in tandem without rest.

A giant-set extends even further on compound-set theory and uses four or more exercise for the same muscle group. It helps to think of giant-sets as a form of circuit training where you complete one set of each exercise and then take a short break before going through the circuit again. The key difference between a giant-set and circuit training is that you’ll have a series of exercises arranged into separate giant-sets for each muscle group that you want to work.
